Sharnee Brindley is our CQC Registered Manager, providing the strategic leadership that ensures we exceed the standards for quality and safety set by the Care Quality Commission.

Her appointment is founded on a unique blend of hands-on expertise. Her background includes specialised roles in dementia and end-of-life care as a Care Assistant, complemented by clinical experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser. This gives her an unparalleled understanding of integrated patient support and medication management.

Sharnee holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work from Staffordshire University, which underpins her commitment to safeguarding and ethical practice. She leads our team with a person-centred philosophy, ensuring governance and compassion are at the heart of our service delivery.
