As our Pharmacy Manager, Sasha brings five years of dedicated experience from Inspire Pharmacy where she developed her expertise in specialist medication management. A qualified dispensing professional, she successfully completed her NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing through the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)-accredited training programme. Sasha has particular expertise in care home pharmacy services, having spent years working directly with residential facilities to optimise their medication protocols while managing complex community prescriptions.

Sasha's management includes overseeing care home compliance audits to ensure strict adherence to medication safety regulations. Her hands-on approach helps healthcare facilities maintain the highest standards of patient care. Currently advancing her qualifications through an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) course, Sasha is deepening her ability to guarantee prescription precision - making her instrumental in maintaining Chemist Doctor's commitment to operational excellence and patient safety.
