His distinguished career showcases a clear progression from locum pharmacist to contractor and superintendent, complemented by hospital pharmacy rotations and leadership positions such as managing Covid-19 vaccination programmes. This journey has honed his adaptability, leadership, and a profound commitment to lifelong learning. Sikandar is proficient in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applying both national and local guidelines to ensure safe and effective clinical practice.
