He provides clinical governance and oversees all medical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while driving innovation in treatment pathways. A General Pharmaceutical Council-certified professional, Royal Pharmaceutical Society Member, and member of the Medical Cannabis Clinicians Society, he maintains rigorous compliance and develops strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector. His Cannabis Industry Council membership demonstrates leadership in emerging treatment fields, advocating for responsible patient access to advanced therapies.

Usman holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy from the University of Liverpool, combining advanced clinical knowledge with research expertise. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare AI at the University of Chichester, he is pioneering the integration of AI technologies into pharmaceutical practice. His leadership extends beyond Chemist Doctor as a board member of CINV, a company specialising in medicinal cannabis, where he contributes governance expertise and deepens his understanding of complex care needs in specialty therapeutics.
