1. Prescription Medication Policy

  1. Under UK Consumer Rights legislation:
    • Prescription medications cannot be returned post-dispensing
    • This includes all Schedule 2-5 controlled drugs

Full refunds processed within 3 working days for declined orders

    • Notify within 48 hours of receipt
    • Provide photographic evidence
    • Include batch numbers
